Platinum Mine Cut Diamond GIA Certified Untreated Blue Sapphire Ring

This ring is stunning!

Approximately .50cttw of fiery old cut diamonds are set into this solid platinum mounting. The mounting measures 9.3mm wide making this a knockout for an engagement ring or a right hand dinner ring. The diamonds are H-I in color and SI in clarity, measuring 2-2.5mm each. Their combined quality shows bright white and eye clean on the finger.

The show stopper of this piece is the center sapphire! The sapphire is natural with no indications of any treatment as per a GIA report that will accompany the piece to its new home. It is oval in cut, and transparent with a beautiful medium dark blue with a violet/blue hue. Measurements are 7.86x6.69x3.51mm and weighing approximately 1.75ct. Completely untreated sapphires are a very rare find.
