This beautiful hand blown paperweight is solid glass and created by Jonathan Winfisky, glass artist. You can choose from round or free-form. This listing is for the free form weight. The design on each one will very slightly to ensure you have a one of a kind piece of art, and will be signed by the artist on the bottom.

Jonathan Winfisky has been designing and producing unique and original blown and cast sculptural glass vessel forms since 1973. As an artist. Jonathan was drawn to the medium of hot glass at an early age. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in glass sculpture in 1978. His elegant pieces are known for their jewel-like colors, sensuous forms, and simplicity of line.

His work has been featured in the Corning Museum of Glass, The Corning New Glass Review, The Wheaton Museum of Glass, and is shown in galleries world wide, as well as numerous prestigious public and private collections.

Each piece is a signed and dated original work of art glass created in the setting of a renovated 100-year-old barn studio in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
